Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

All HaterAide Energy products are made to order.

The average time from purchase to delivery is approximately 15 business days. This includes:

  • Processing & production time
  • Packaging
  • Shipping transit time

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays.

How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

Products & Sizing

Do your shirts and hoodies run true to size?

Yes. Most of our apparel is designed to fit true to size.

If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Will the clothing shrink after washing?

Our apparel is made from high-quality materials designed to minimize shrinkage.
For best results:

  • Wash cold
  • Air dry or tumble dry low

What materials are your products made from?

We use premium cotton and cotton-blend fabrics that are:

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing or preference.

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We will replace it at no cost.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll take care of it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.
